Hi! My name is Pamela. I am a Personal Trainer Certified through The National Academy Of Sports and Medicine (NASM), Fitness Nutrition Specialist Certified, Behavior Change Specialist Certified, Weight Loss Specialist Certified, Women's Fitness Specialist Certified, CPR/AED Certified and also a Registered Yoga Teacher Certified through Born2Move with Elizabeth Lewis as an amazing mentor. I decided to become a personal trainer after struggling with my own weight. As a very active child I never had weight worries (I have a background of 10 years in gymnastics as well as 3 years of contemporary and modern-jazz danse) but once I gave birth to my first child I quickly that the weight I have gained wasn't just all baby fat but with determination, hard work, dedication I've got my body back, looking and feeling better then ever! I have been very lucky to work with one of my role model Jillian Micheals in New York City on her Body Revolution Program back in 2012. I also worked on a few projects and learnt a lot from Jamo Nezzar a retired professional bodybuilder and internationally renowned personal training expert and founder of Jamcore Training and I have also been working with celebrities such as Britney Spears. I have completely changed my life! Now I want to be able to impact my clients lives in a positive way and help them achieve their fitness goals like I did.
